Mabel came to the UB Headquarters in 1987, and for 16 years served as Executive Secretary in the Global Ministries department. In June 2003, she switched to a different role, as accounting clerk. She now assists the Finance Director with a variety of finance-related tasks.
Mabel has lived her entire lifein Huntington County. She enjoys gardening, and has a collection of over 100 snowmen. She also does clowning, and is part of a clowning group called "Joy Pleasers."
Mabel and her husband, Bill, live out in the country near Huntington. They attend Calvary United Methodist Church in Bippus, Ind., where Mabel teaches a Sunday school class. Bill and Mabel have three children and eight grandchildren.
